Refund Policy

All sales are final. ApplyAI does not offer refunds.

Subscriptions to ApplyAI Pro (monthly or annual) are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused generations, downgrades, forgotten cancellations or dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs.

Why?

ApplyAI is a digital service with significant per-request AI costs. Output is delivered to you immediately on demand, so once a generation has been produced or a billing period has started, the cost has been incurred.

Digital content & the right of withdrawal

By starting your subscription and clicking "I agree" at checkout, you expressly request that the digital Service begins immediately and you acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law (including the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), you lose any statutory right of withdrawal / "cooling-off" period once supply of the Service has begun.

Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. No partial-period refund is issued for the time remaining.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please email support@apply-ai.store first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
